I created Beyond Coaching and Consulting because I believe that too many leaders, teams, and organizations feel stuck. They sense a gap between their current reality and their aspirations—whether it’s a lack of alignment with their values, a culture that feels disconnected, or a team that’s not performing to its potential. I wanted to create a space where leaders could:
